No Service Available

I have been using Engen service station since I got my own car 10 years ago, always supporting Engen, even if there is three other service stations to choose from in the area. This morning just before 6 I do my usual Tuesday morning stop, to fill up for the week. I was the only car there, but there was no petrol attendant in sight, so I waited a few minutes. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went into the shop, to enquire with regards to no assistance, their response was, we only open at 6 am. I was rather taken back, as I am almost 100% sure the service staion is open 24hours a day. I think the thing that irritated me the most, was that the three woman inside the shop, saw me waiting outside, however they did not come to tell me, that there is no one to assist. This was rather dissapointing service, and I will not be using this service station again. I must, however compliment the guys working at Engen service station in Plattekloof, it is a pity I moved away from that area.
