My Land Rover Disco 4 was subjected to a moronic shopper gouging the paint work on the passenger door at a Northmead Benoni shopping centre. I obtained a quote from Donni at MF, an approved Landy service provider and had the door and adjoining panels repaired and re-sprayed to colour match. On receipt of the vehicle my wife and colleagues remarked that the colour did not match. I received a follow up SMS from MF as to satisfaction and I replied that the colour did not match. I was called by Miguel and requested to take the car back. He took one look at the car and immediately arranged for me to return the car for a re-do. I picked the vehicle up yesterday after the re-do from John who took time to explain the difficulties encountered with this particular colour and the problems of colour matching. The result - a perfect colour match and my vehicle looks as good as new. Compliments to MF for their no-quibble attitude and professional handling of a customer's dissatisfaction. It is so good to find a service provider who goes the extra mile and I wish then well in their business - they can only succeed with an attitude like the one I experienced.
