Hi.
Yesterday one of your depot phoned at 17:28 and was rude over phone with our office. The lady said they can not deliver now they can do it today. I already have lost customer due to this bad service. When explaining the driver where we are, he still does not know where.
There is a thing called GPS. and how is it possible that your drivers has prepaid cellphones. Overnight express means in 48 hours not 3 days.
