Keeping my deposit

I saw a Lumina Ute at Squadcars in Pretoria North and dealt with mario the saleperson. He quickly insisted that I pay an R10 000 deposit to ensure that other people do not purchas the vehicle which ge later admited no one could get finance anymore. When I went to look at the vehicle) 28/01/2013) he said nothing was wrong and the vehicle is in perfect condition. Once I paid the deposit and wanted to come and sign the contact it hat to go to Chevrolet for a lot of parts to be replaced. Today my parents supprised me and bought me a vehicle and cme with it at 15h00 just as Mario phoned me and said there is another part that need to be replaced however it had to be ordered and will take some time. When I told him about the vehicle my parents bought me he got rude and told me I should have told him earlier however the just came wit now so how could I? He threw the phone down in my ear. When I send him a message about my e-mail he said we will talk about it on Monday indicating the were not going to pa back my deposit however use it to repair the vehicle for someone else. It is my deposit and I am entitled to recieve it back however are involved here, Carefu of SQUADCARS people!!!
