They a very precious ring! :(

They the ring out of the parcel and left the ring box and the newspaper it was wrapped in. I phoned and they told me to go to the post office I fetched the parcel from. I did and the manager there had no idea what to do. I phoned them again and was told they'd email me a claim form- 5 hours later I tried again and they said the same thing! I AM STILL WAITING!!! absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Someone needs to put a stop to their BS! How do they keep going???!!!
