Disgusted with BMW Customer Services

Hi, i have a 120i BMW and have an electric fault on my car. i am unable to drive this car from the 03/02/2013. BMW is unable to assist me as they say they are full booked until 19 February. they unable to provide me with a Courtesy car.i have called many BMW dealership and none of them are able to assist and what is more upsetting is they customer service is pathetic. my BMW with experience has been the worse compare to any other dealerships, i am definitely getting rid of this car because of the awful service received
