Dents Found Post Handbrake Recall Assessment on Nearly New Vehicle

I took my vehicle to Barron N1City on Friday, 20th March 2026, to be assessed for the handbrake recall. Upon returning my vehicle, I noticed two dents on both the passenger and driver's sides at the bottom of my vehicle. This vehicle is not even 1 year old. I want it fixed and am awaiting a response from the service department.
