TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT

I recently had my vehicle serviced at your branch 6 days ago and upon getting into my car this morning I noticed my handbrake is no longer working, i then decided to call your branch as i know they tightened the handbrake in the service last week to which seems such a point as to leading it to snap off the car that now the handbrake does not work, my service adviser then told me to just take it to a panel shop to get fixed, why should i be responsible for fixing something you tinkered with that broke in less than a week?? This is not to mention the fact that also when getting my car back my ashtray no longer closes which is no issue for me so i did not mention it. But this total lack of respect for my vehicle and passing blame is totally unacceptable. I can safely say I do not want to have anything to do with barons anymore because this is just an absolute joke.
