Double debitted and no feedback after numerous calls

I'm writing this email with the hope that someone senior will take heed and resolve it promptly. Two weeks ago I had an accident reported it got the AR.Forwarded all the necessary documents pictures and assessor came up to now I'm still driving a car that has a damage no updates nothing no follow up. I have to pick up the phone and find out do the follow up call the assessor the Panel beater find out that they can only have an opening on the 11th of March. Almost a month after the Accident happened. I was under the impression that since this is bank associated insurance at least someone might get service. I was wrong very wrong unfortunately this is the shittiest service I have ever been given in my entire life. I am so disappointed as such I am going to escalate this to the highest person in your organisation until this is resolved I am going to make sure it is. As if that's not enough today the 26th while having dinner double debited R3099.46 mind you the agreement I have is for R1549.73 .Beside the fact that I was told for the car hire I must pop out R2500 on top of the R3000 access such information wasn't revealed at the point of agreement I am grieving my niece lost a child and we burying her tomorrow and I have to fight for service and double debit. Can someone who understands what's customer service means resolve this amicable as I am close to making sure that Sello Moloko or Arrie Reutenbach knows how shameful poor service is being rendered to their customers and if they would be proud to share it with their board. No wonder this country can never be progressive people don't take pride in ensuring they service their portfolio with pride. We have millions of graduates loitering in our villages and townships waiting to serve this country instead we are awarded incompetence and arrogance of high calibre. Hoping that by 7am I will get both in writing an email stating that all this nightmare has been dealt with and that I wont have to write emails and make phone calls for a mere service.
