Not following route

Today 23 September 2022 I waited for the 51A Lorraine bus at 5h25 from booysenspark pe, on my stop at coriander road and the bus took a short left on a open a field about 150 meters from where I was standing that driver didn't follow his route causing me to miss a full day today! I'm very angry, what's the use of having a route, and it's not being followed
