My car was repaired by Paarlberg Bmw on the 04th March I was informed it was ready for collection. When I did inspection i realized that everything was working except the aircon blower. I reported that and left I was then phoned to be told the fuse was the problem. I went back and after paying i went to the car and realized that the sunroof rear shade is stucked at the rear and moonroof is not opening. I told Lucia Hammond immediately and she sent someone to have a look. I suspect that the person who installed the fuse had maybe touched or affected the sunroof fuse whatsoever. I reported that to a guy called Mark who took photograph of the stucked sunroof from inside.
I declare that my sunroof was in a working order before i took it for repairs and when i did the inspection.
My humble request is for the company to have a look at the sunroof and advise me accordingly.
