Poor Service

Remember Transportation plays a Major key Role in a working Industries, Those Vehicles are supposed to be Done/Finished in Time if ever they are being sent for Service. Everytime we Bring our Company Cars (Eskom Rotek), they Take time to come out and ended up delaying Employees From Getting Home from work, how can a Service/fitting Take Full 8hrs?
I am Saying this Because I use to send Any vehicle I operate To NTT Delmas, there, you can even wait for it, before 12h00 ul be leaving With the Car, what is so Hard? Toyota Barloworld must Fix their Service to customers. We cannot be always Dealing with arrangements of Transports to employees due to that Barloworld couldn't finish the car in Time.
