Do not buy engines from e w motors

Buying an engine from ew motors was one of the worst mistakes I ever made, Wayne was very fast to want a R25000 deposit, and very slow 3 months slow to deliver the so called reconditioned engine. when fitted it sounded terrible, I was told by wayne a faulty injector was the problem. a month and many calls later another set arrived, it did not help. I was told to drive it and maybe it would get better. so I paid the R15000 outstanding, so total paid R40, 000. It was so noisy people stared at me in the street. so back to the workshop. When the motor was removed we found that the wrong size crank bearings had been fitted, and the crank fitted had been welded and re ground. I asked wayne for a refund he agreed. I never received a cent to this day. only empty promises. and sad tales of how bad business was. and I was top of the list, now when I call he is in a meeting, or driving, or in the workshop and will call me back, he never does. if I ever do get through to him he is arrogant, belittling, and talks over everything I say. It is now well over a year since my Mercedes sprinter needed an engine. and it is still off the road. Thanks ew motors for
