Appaling service from the start, Karen is exceptionally rude. She dissapears of the map.
No one responds to emails, when someone eventually responds they request all the doumentation again. The situation is already escalated but the new person, Dylan, forgot to check the spam folder . excuse, Karen had already had the documents for a week.
If you spent 3 minutes thinking it through you would have been better prepared and not made a fool of yourself.

People be warned, realy use someone else, these guys are about as useful as Julius Malema during open heart surgery. This has now entered its fourth week for a process that should take 7 days. Slapgat. I have requested on numeral occasions for a manager to contact me but no one bothered.

Up to now no one has apologised for their pathetic service. I dont understand how Wesbank can give Titleguard the work as they have cost them a sale and 5 years worth of interest. I have subsequenlty cancelled the sale of my vehicle to the buyer approved by Wesbank. Sorry to the buyer and Wesbank.
