Wesbank have cost me R3000 because of bad service

I contacted Wesbank in November to apply for vehicle finance. Andile Mavi assisted me. I submitted all documentation the following day. I did not hear from him for one week. I called repeatedly to speak to him but he was always busy. Eventually "Joash" assisted me. The step was taken for the finance. I attempted to sign my online contract but there were ammendments. Andile did not contact me for a further 10 days to finalize the deal. After holding for the call centre for 30 minutes I eventually spoke to another consultant and finalized the deal.
due to the lack of interest in my case and this consultant stalling the sale, ABSA bank have now charged interest of over R3000 on the car.
I am NOT paying this shortfall because Wesbank gave me poor service. You can go back to your calls records because I shouted at Andile on 3 different occasions complaining of the poor service. I am a medical doctor and do not have time to sit waiting on people at call centres. I want Wesbank to contact me today and arrange to cover this shortfall that you have caused.
Very angry and disappointed customer!!!
