Pathetic service from Titleguard & Wesbank

Ever thought about financing a car privately through Wesbank? Don't...

Titleguard who does their private finance is the most disorganised, poorly managed, archaic company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!

It has now been 2 weeks and the buyer of my car and I are still waiting for the deal to be concluded due to negligence and poor systems.

The last straw was when Titleguard waited 2 days before telling me that they couldn't open the attached legal documents (yes, I guess are probably quite common when buying and selling cars through banks..) due to the fact that the recipient's MAILBOX HAD A 20MEG LIMIT!!!

It's 2014 guys, There are many other people out there more hungry for the business that you are bury losing...
