I am a Wesbank client for many years due to their competitive rates and fast approval of finance. However that is where it stops, after sale service is very poor to nil, I make use of Wesbank online services to manage my accounts but there is always a problem with this service. If you try to log on to Wesbank online services it will tell you that either your user name or PW is incorrect and require a reset. The process is followed and a new PW supplied, this PW would not work as well. Then I log a call at Wesbank website, receive an e-mail that they respond in 3 working days, after 3 days I get a response that my problem was directed to Wesbank online services who will follow up.
It is now more than a week later and there is no valued feedback from Wesbank, I cannot log on to the service and manage my accounts.
This type of service is a poor reflection of after sale service, it seems that my 36 years of support to Wesbank does count, I will gladly take my money elsewhere and spend it wisely.
