Bad service & vichle not not in good condition

I bought a VW Polo 2011 model. The vichles tyres are not in good condition. I told her about it. She said they cant spend any money on the vichle because they only had made R900 from the sale. When I reverse the car while turing the left hand front wheel makes a noise. I drove with a half tank of petrol, the all of a sudden the vichle guage showed it was empty. The day I had to recieve the car from them. They said it would be ready at 12 am. I waited until 2pm. One of my collegues dropped me of there. I almost missed my end year function because of it. They borrowed me a car eventually. They told me my first installment will go of on the 31 January 2013. Now I want to cancel the deal but they say I going to get a bad record from the bank. So II told them ok ill trade the vichle in for a Polo 2013 Vivo. Brand new. They asked me to send them my 3 month pay slips and bank statements. I sent it to them 2 times. The message was sent as a notify when read. I have been waiting 3 days. I had to go back to them for the 6th time to get everything sorted. Im unhappy with the service and would like to cancel due to bad service and problems on my vichle. I have giving them enough time now!!!
