Incompetence and unproffessionism

I went to Hi Q Westville to get my two front tyres balanced because of a small vibration in the wheel. It turned out my cv boot was damaged. The manager Vasi insisted that i change the whole cv joint and balance and align all four tyres. This to me is ridiculous as they think im stupid and want to make unneccasary money off me. Luckily for me i know cars. My car sat at HI Q for 4 hours before anything was done. They ordered the part which took almost two hours to which they bring the wrong part, very unproffessional. I had to make alternate arrangements to then get to work. When my brother fetched the car the bonnet was still left open but the car was ready to be picked up?? Driving my car the next day to check if all was well i almost had a major accident as they had not tightened my back wheel nuts and my car almost spun 360 degrees on the road and luckily for me no other cars where on the road at that time. What if there were other cars on the road or i was on the highway, i could have flipped my car and injured/killed myself plus others to. I went back to Vasi and asked if he had checked my car to which his reply was yes. I dont tolerate lying.
