Hatfield VW
No feedback - I always have to follow up

I have has endless bad luck with Hatfiled VW and Audi. Brilliant one of their sales managers was downright rude to me and did not attend to any of my actual needs. I then got hold of the Dealer Principal - she was very friendly and apologetic on the phone and referred me to a specialist called Sieg to help me. I am still waiting for Sieg to call me about a trade in price or even a car to propose. I've had to call him twice to say "have you forgotten me? ". This is truly unacceptable. How can you treat a willing customer so badly?
