Worst Service in the WORLD!!!

I bought a vehicle from Audi The Glen almost a year ago. I still do not have my license disc, apparently due to my license disc on my trade-in vehicle (which was taken off my name almost a year ago) still being outstanding. I called SEVERAL other Audi dealerships and they said the incorrect process was followed by The Glen as they should have deducted any outstanding amounts on the trade-in vehicle from the trade-in amount. If this was not done they have no leg to stand on. Audi South Africa didnt bother calling me back, I had to follow up with them, only ti find out that they have "rejected my complaint" due to the dealerships being independantly owned and Audi South Africa "does not get involved in the sales side of things". I asked for this to be escalated to a manager, who never bothered calling me back. What a surprise

I regret ever moving away from BMW - I cannot wait until the day that I do not have to drive around with an Audi badge.

If you are thinking of buying an Audi please reconsider, there is absolutely ZERO customer service. It will be the biggest mistake you ever make.
