Bad customer service and rudeness

I was at the the filling station in Pomona on M32/Pomona Road. I asked one of the petrol attendants (Thulani) where can I get 95 unleaded, he pointed to the tank next to him. but he was busy. Then as I was driving to that tank, Sam Bapela approached me to assist, however, another customer came in front of me going to the same tank. She then apologised as she found me there. Sam told me to go to another station so that I can give a way to the other customer, I asked him, how so, because the other customer found me there. He rudely left me there without assisting. He went to the other customer who arrived after me. When I asked him why he is doing that, he gave me an attitude and ignored me.

I went to the counter to report him. I was told that there was no manager or supervisor in charge. I reported him to Eric Sibokweni and he told me there is nothing he can do.

Calvin Ndhlela and some other guy apologised on Sam's behalf and offered to assist.

I find what Sam did out of the line and totally rude.
