The blatant rudeness of Alpheus m

As stated on their site [URL Removed] 'TOTAL is serious about service and strives to give the customer maximum convenience'. Let's put this bold statement to the test.

At Helderkruin Motors, 28/01/2014 at 20:05. Teller Alpheus m (as stated on teller slip) was supposed to serve customers patiently waiting in queue, but instead ignored customers with actual purchase to speak to two ladies instead. When a customer asked the ladies kindly that they must await in the queue to be served, not only did these ladies laugh at him and ignore the simple request, but Alpheus the teller decided to serve these ladies of no manners instead. Blatantly ignoring an actual sale whilst having a good chuckle as well.

Bad service will equal no customers. This service station has forgotten about the most important factor, the paying customer. I eagerly await to hear if Alpheus will learn not only what customer service is about, but basic manners as well.
