I am a British National applying for a renewal of a British passport which has been dragging on for three months. The person who I have been dealing with is Alpheus Legodi (extension 0114217887), who has continually been misleading completely rude and put the phone down in my ear countless times as he know he cannot be reached by the public. A HUGE PLEAD FOR SOMEBODY HIGHER THAN THIS MAN TO HELP AS I HAVE PAID THE R2100.00 AND EXPECT SOME ASSISTANCE!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
