Overcharged for Etoll

I rented a vehicle from First Car Rental on the 14th January 2014 and returned it on the 17th January 2014. I used the vehicle to get to work and back and know exactly how many etoll gantries I passed under. I received an invoice from First Car Rental on the 21 January 2014 and to my mind I had been overcharged in terms of Etolls. I raised a query with the Randburg branch to supply a list of the gantries I had passed under so I could understand why the amount differed, an exercise that I thought would take a day or say. A week later after 3 phone calls and follow ups on their CRM system I still have not answer. They do not get back to you and do not answer their phones. RA NUMBER 1901437. I was promised a reply by 3pm yesterday- nothing
