Shocking Service!

What a shocking service from Stattufords!! Incompetent people and there is 0 communication between the windhoek branch and the pretoria branch! I need to follow up and phone around to hear when what is happening, no progress report or expected delivery date received from statuford. How must I do proper planning; make arrangements for my wife to get to windhoek from SA? (She cannot be here due to the fact that we have a house but no furniture.)

I am currently almost 2 weeks living in a guest house. From the 24 Jan all my documents are approved and 100% ready for the truck to pass the border (south africa - namibia). After I phoned stattufords begging them for answers they said the truck is only leaving pretoria on the 31 jan. Why only 1 week later only they will know. Who is covering the extra week in the guest house? My wife is still stranded in SA waiting for our move, who is paying for her accommodation?
