Car sold-WAS IN ACCIDENT NOT ADVISED WHEN SOLD

To whom this may concern,

I bought a Mercedes 350ML (2005 model) from Nissan Bruma in 2011, when taking the car to Mercedes Bedfordview (June 2013) for a service i was advised the car was in front smash (which i was not advised when purchasing the car from Nissan Bruma). This is not on at all as the car is going to cost me thousands to fix, which i was quoted from Mercedes Bedfordview the cost of the damages on this car. Nissan Bruma do you sell all your customers cars that have been in accidents and have not told the customer that they have been in accidents? The papers on the car also do not indicate the car was in a smash or i would have not purchased the car. We have never had an accident with the above car so therefore Nissan Bruma is at fault here.

Please advise or i will take this further?
