Cancelling service five minutes before pick-up

In the week before the 27th of January 2013 i enquired about a shuttle service for the Swedish House Mafia concert. We booked a 7 seater to pick us up at 14:00 in the afternoon, at 13:55 we recieved a call to tell us that they over-booked and that there was no taxis available for us! How unproffesional can you be! Due to their lack of business and basic ethics our concert experiance was altered in a major way! i just cant let this happen to anyone else, EBR taxis has lost a cleint foreve
