Late- wrong Area

18/10/2013 i booked a taxi at 8:30am to be collected at 9am. At 9:10am i was still standing outside my house. I then called to enquirer where my taxi was- only to find out that the taxi was standing at another destination- same Road name, different area.
I was left distressed- bad service!
