Brilliant as usual

Two weeks ago I took the family on holiday to KZN and we rented a car from Europcar. From the moment I walked into the office at King Shaka Airport, I was not left standing but served within seconds. Explained my rental, offered some options and even an upgrade. The car was clean and ready for me and the entire process from arrival to payment to in the car was not even 10 minutes.

After returning my rental to a friendly gent in the parking lot and then getting my invoice/statement a few days later clearly explaining all charges (which I agreed to) and getting my refund shortly thereafter has confirmed why I use Europcar and will gladly use them again and refer them to family.
