Staff refusing to assist customers

I went to caltex to fill up my on sunday the garage was full of cars but petrol attendants was sitting eating and ignoring everybody that pulled up to thow in petrol they said they on strike that was about 21:30 when we pulled up this one guy said he is standing there for 15minutes and then he drove off i would just like to let the owner know he lost alot of money that night his staff is very rude and unreliable
