I rented a car from Woodford Cape Town (on 3/12 and returned on 4/12), who kept a hold on my card for R5 000.00. The R5 000.00 was billed on my credit card although my car hire amounted to R1 381.48. They sent me a statement which indicated that R3 588.52 amount is due to me, which I still have not received. When I query this with Woodford they tell me the payment is in process..
