New Captiva 2.2D LTZ, AWD, A/T sold with defects

Cars & Transport

My vehicle has been giving problems since I took receipt of it thus it is obvious that it's been sold to me with defects. I drove with the vehicle extensively today and cannot except the explanation given by your tech/workshop foreman, inasmuch as the noise is as prominent as ever when I apply brakes which cannot be normal for any vehicle for that matter. Against this backdrop, GM Port Elizabeth provided a report contrary to everything I was verbally sold today as an explanation for the noise at the passenger side wheel (s). - We took my Neighbour's identical 2013 LTZ for a drive and none of that noise was present as is the case with my Captiva. I want to again refer you to the report attached, veritably produced after extensive tests by the GM PE Workshop & Master Tech. Please advise urgently & promptly, as I do not feel a speck peace of mind when driving my vehicle. - We have to get to the bottom of this ASAP, needless to mention that it was sold to me brand new.
