Refund

I called the head office to tell them that I can't afford to pay my loan. Made arrangement to pay R800 instead of R1095 and they agreed. But on the 25th of October they took R1095 R800 R200 total R2095 from my account. I've requested a refund last week Monday (28/10/2013) and they told me that I'm gonna get the money on Monday (04/11/2013) and I haven't received anything. Called them today (05/11/2013) and now they are telling me something else that I'm gonna get the money on Thursday.
