GM REFUSES TO FIX A FACTORY FAULT

Cars & Transport

The rear windscreen on my Opel Corsa Lite 2007 shattered on it's own whilst the car was parked. A few corsa lite owners have told me that this is a known factory fault for Opel Corsas and that there was even a period where they recalled all corsa lites in order to fit new windscreens. When I took the car to Pinetown Key Delta they were not willing to fix the windscreen. If this is a known factory fault so why are they refusing to fix my car?
