PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BMW SA

I received a call from BMW SA customer care with regards to services done to my vehicle. I explained to the consultant my query i had with regards to the Tow Trucking Company and BMW On Call. She took down all my particulars and the complaint and promised she will hand it over to the Director of BMW ON Call, this complaint has been going back and forth and nobody is actually doing something about it. Maybe now I will get some response from Somebody after this posting. We pay a lot of money for our vehicle each month, and BMW is suppose to be TOPS!!! BMW on call are the people who sent me an incompetent Tow Trucking service, now nobody wants to pay for damages done to my vehicle. Pathetic service really I'm shocked.
