RETREIVING CAR DEAL DUE TO ERROR

I have a Volvo S40 that I want to sell and looked at a Mitsubishi ASX. I knew the deal would be quite difficult but still looked at what offers I could get.

Eventually I received an excellent deal from Top Speed Motors with bank approval and was going to collect my new car tomorrow. Today my wife received a phone call from TOP SPEED MOTORS saying that the deal was off as the sales consultant made an error and the manager Johan does not want to sign it off.

This is breach of contract.!!! Should they not be held accountable for THEIR error???
I SEE THIS AS EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS ETHIC!!!
