Utterly disgusted

I have been wit u guys for da past 4 yrz n never hev I experienced such bad service like I did on friday. I took in ma car got worried @ abt 16h30 when I received no call to say da car was ready, I foned in spoketo a lady who said da car was ready, I then explained to the lady that I was a bit far an will only be able to fetch da car after 5 she complained bt agreed dat she wud wait till 17H30 I den foned her agained n explained that I was delayed in traffic n asked for a further 15 min as I could not leave da car at da. Becoz I had plans for the wikend. Da lady was rude n refused to wait until I got, she hung up da fone put it on fax line. When I got to da centre there was no 1. I'm disgusted wit da attitude I received, 1stly no1 foned to tel me dat da car was ready like its normally done. They lady did not care abt ma situation, I dnt knw if mayb it had to do wit da colour of ma skin.
