I'd like to express my satisfaction with your service, in a couple of occassions when i've hired a car with Europ car in a low budget rate upon collection i always get an upgrade, whether what i had initially booked is unavailable or whatever reason it doesnt concern me because i am always given more that what i had initially booked at no extra cost, im always upgraded to something bigger and muuuch better than i had booked which always makes my travelling much easier.in one occasion i was upgraded to a new car with less than 1000KM
the rental agents are very efficient and proffessional, ive never experienced any problems when booked with Europcar, no hidden fees, no extra deductions in my account and a quick reversal all the time.
