My husband bought a scooter from big boyz but there was always something bad about it whithin the first month, the fixed but took their time in doing so. then after the second time it broke he asked them to take it back because it is brand new but giving him problems, what they say is that he must sell it then come back to them to buy another one, when we involed people they denied saying they never said that but that lame escuse for a scooter is still sitting at our house not working, it is a shame because when we went to them they were fine only when we started having problems with their product we were the bad guys
