On the day of collection the vehicle I had requested was not ready for collection and was being washed at the time, this despite the fact that I myself was late. The salesperson seemed uninterested in the fact that the vehicle was not yet ready for collection, describing the rules and regulations with regards to the hire nor explaining the car to me ie: where the reverse gear could be found, how to open the petrol cap etc.
