I booked a delivery vehicle on Tempest Car hire on the 8th of November 2013 and the internet booking said the vehicle will be ready for collection at 15h45. According to this I promised my customer delivery. Upon arrival I was told that my vehicle will only be ready at 16h30 as the vehicle which was at southgate was not roadworthy. I called the branch manager (Hannes) but he said the driver stuck in traffic and there was nothing that he could do and that the internet system does not accommodate for things of this nature. My problem is that I NOW HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER BECAUSE I HAVE PROMISED HIM SOMETHING BASED ON A BOOKING CONFIRMATION...
