Went to KFC the other day and ordered three streetwise burgers.
When i went to the collection window, the lady informed me that my order is not ready yet, and that i should please reverse my vehicle. When asking her why, she just said - "Your order is not ready yet, will you please reverse your vehicle". Confronting her and asking her if it is so the timer stops, she grinned and said yes. Honestly, what is the whole purpose of the timer if the staff insists on the customers to cooperate in bull-dusting the system?? Besides the fact that the wanted to cheat the timer, i had to wait almost 10mins for three streetwise burgers. COME ON!
