Purchased a Stepway, DEMO model (20, 000km) from Renault Centurion in November 2013. I still have not received my spare key and I am not getting any response from them. No response on emails. Now I have taken the car in for its 30, 000km service on Monday morning. I was just informed that I will need to wait until Thursday (if im lucky) in order to get the car back, seeing as there are so many things wrong which needs to be replaced. This at 30, 000km??!!! This has been a nightmare from day one. Now I end up having a pregnant wife at home without transport, as i work far from home, and also knowing she drove with a car which needed urgent mechanical attention and which was not safe upsets me even more. Renault Menlyn are assisting me with the vehicle service and repair (no issues from them at all). The car had to be sent back to Centurion due to issues it came with at the sale. That day, I also noticed their driver collecting the car, doing 152kph on the N1. NEVER will I purchase another Renault!
