Faulty air conditione

I bought a Renault Sandero Stepway in July 2012 from Renault Northcliff. From the beginning the air conditioner was faulty. I had it back at Renault Northcliff over the last year at least nine times and they were unable to repair it or even establish what was wrong with the air conditioner. After contacting Renault South Africa's customer "care" centre I was told that they only undertook to TRY and repair the vehicle and were not responsible for actually repairing it. They were at liberty to continue trying to repair it indefinitely! I will never buy another Renault again and deeply regret ever owing one!
