Sold the car on 17th November, been chasing Khan since, it is now 7th of January. Call him everyday and all the time he just promises that he will deposit the cheque and then on purpose he makes a mistake on the cheque so that it is rejected. Cheques has been sent back 3 times. We know that he has sold the car to another client already, therefore he has the car! Will have to take legal action!
