Renault - Bade News

My Renault Sandero with less than 17000KM on the clock at that stage, had a noise coming from the right hand side front wheel. I on several occasions took my vehicle to Renault's Fountains in Pretoria, they replaced some nuts that was apparently warn out, checked the suspension and after all of this told me that nothing was wrong. I made contact with Renault South Africa HQ, who referred me to Renault Centurion who at first replaced left shock and then had to replace the whole caliper. I am currently battling to obtain copies of the closed job cards in order to see what work was done on my vehicle and to have records thereof. According to the dealer at Renault Centurion he could not close the job cards as Renault is refusing to pay for the parts. I wrote a mail to the client service manager at Renault who does not respond to my mails. This is the shortened version of my story. To tell the long version it will take four months, several E-Mails, telephone calls, time off from work and a couple of leave days.
