Poor service for accident claim

On 12 September 2013 /- 17h30 a customer of Budget Rent a Car rear ended our vehicle; the incident was reported to Budget on the 17th September 2013. Initially the driver said she would pay for the damages, but when she saw the figure she refused. The claim was then handed over to Angelique at Digicall (Budget's insurance broker) on the 16/10/13, they came back on 2 separate occasions asking for different documents. 3 quotes were supplied: R22004.66, R20765.84, R16110.78 they are offering to pay out R10 621.36 providing Budget approves this amount. The lower amount arose through Digicall / Budget? selecting the cheapest items from each quote. Digicall (Angelique) says they will only pay this amount and if we are then required to go to 2 or 3 different panel beaters to get each item repaired that is our problem not theirs! we are not interested in an offer, we want the vehicle repaired to what is was before their customer drove into the back of it!
