Major faults with 100 000 Rand vehicle

I bought a vehicle from ignition auto in randburg a few months ago and I was told the vehicle is in excellent order however if any major faults are there the sales person told me I could always bring it back within 6 months and they would repair it. However since then I have noticed the bmw has had a gearbox oil leak, power steering leak, the cars fuel consumption is worst than a ferrari and many other issues.. When I approached the sales person about the problems he said "I cannot make the car new for you" but clearly those problems arnt making the car new, rather just bringing it to a safe driving car. Really dissapointed at their support after buying a vehicle over R100 000
