Unprofessional behavio

I am very disapointed after using this removal company. I had hired them to move my belongings from Cape Town to Jhb. After picking my belongings up at 23.00 on the 31st of december 12hours later then what the driver had promised. And resulting in me having to pay extra fees to my landlord since another tenant was meant to move in on the day. My move was made even more of a disaster after I was billed an extra amount I wanted to enquire for what reason. I was met with a rude secretary who let me know as a paying customer that she is doing me a favour by moving my belongings. Mid conversation the phone was hung up on me. When I tried to take it up with the branch manager Rian who my dad spoke to since I was extremely upset and emotional he said he will call back which he never did. Right now I am lying on the floor of my house in Jhb since my goods have not arrived after being promised they would arrive this afternoon. No phone call to explain to me when they will be delivered. I am extremely disapointed in this company and recommend anyone who would consider them to think twice unless they don't mind rude behaviour and lack of communication.
